Yes! Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day via FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

3. What is your return policy?

4. How do I exchange an item?

Email us at support@shopvitalstep.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange. If your item qualifies, we’ll provide instructions and help you get the right product.
